baked potatoes with butter and Siokara

1 serving

Ingredients

  • 2 medium russet potatoes

  • 2 tbsp Shiokara

  • some butter

  • some black pepper

  • some green onion

Preparation

Step1


Wash potatoes well and remove sprouts if any.

Make a crisscross incision in the potato about 2/3 of the way deep.



Step2


Wrap in plastic wrap and microwave for a few minutes until softened.


Step3


Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven (or toaster oven) at 170℃


Step4


Top the potatoes with salted fish, butter, black pepper and green onions.
