Chinese style salad with Mozuku seaweed

Ingredients

  • 2pack(140g) Mozuku seaweed with Brown-Rice Black vinegar

  • 50g salted squid

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1/2 tomatoe

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1~2 tablespoon sesame oil

Preparation

Step1


Cut cucumbers into thin slices, add a pinch of salt, mix well, let sit for a while, and then squeeze out the water. Cut tomatoes into wedges.


Step2


Soak the salted squid in boiling water for 10 seconds and drain in a colander.


Step3


In a bowl, combine mozuku vinegar, 1 cucumber and tomato, 2 salted squid, soy sauce and sesame oil and dress well.
