Cold pasta with Squid and hot cod roe

Ingredients
50-60g Squid with MENTAIKO
80-100g spaghetti (thin)
Olive oil to taste
2~3 small tomatoes
1~2 okra
pepper and parsley to taste
Preparation
Step1
Boil the spaghetti in salted water. Drain in a colander and toss with olive oil.
Step2
Quickly boil okra and cut into round slices. Cut small tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Step3
Arrange the noodles from step 1, sprinkle with okra and tomatoes.
Top with Squid mentaiko, sprinkle with pepper and parsley.
