Ingredients
1 cucumber
4 raddishes
2 pack(35g×2) Sanriku Mekabu dressed with soy-sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cut cucumber into half-moon slices
Step 2
Cut radish into small pieces.
Step 3
Mix cucumber, radish, Sanriku mekabu seaweed.
*If you don't like the smell of seaweed, add vinegar to reduce the aroma and make it easier to eat.
