Fried rice with squid mentaiko and wakame

Ingredients
180 g cold rice
1 egg
40 g squid Mentaiko
10-15g wakame seaweed (rehydrated)
15g green onion, cut into small pieces
2 tsp salad oil
A pinch each of salt and pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
Preparation
Step1
Rinse rice in cold water and drain well.
Step2
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well so that the color is even.
Step3
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the egg mixture and stir a few times, then add the rice and stir to combine before the mixture is half-cooked.
Step4
Add squid Menaiko and stir-fry, then add wakame seaweed and stir-fry some more. (Adding the ingredients one by one makes the fried rice crispy.)
Step5
Add chopped green onion and stir-fry briefly.
