2/5 Japanese radish
2/5 carrot
6 stlalks of asparagus
1/2 of beet
1/2 of zucchini
4 radishes
A pinch of salt
A pinch of chervil
Seaweed Pesto (pepper) to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Season the bite-sized vegetables with salt.
Step 2
Grill the vegetables on a grill pan.
Step 3
Pour the Pesto over the vegetables.
Step 4
Garnish with chervil.
