Grilled Vegetable

Ingredients


  • 2/5 Japanese radish

  • 2/5 carrot

  • 6 stlalks of asparagus

  • 1/2 of beet

  • 1/2 of zucchini

  • 4 radishes

  • A pinch of salt

  • A pinch of chervil

  • Seaweed Pesto (pepper)  to taste


Preparation

Step 1


Season the bite-sized vegetables with salt.


Step 2


Grill the vegetables on a grill pan.


Step 3


Pour the Pesto over the vegetables.


Step 4


Garnish with chervil.
