Kaisen Donburi (Seafood rice bowl)

Ingredients

  • 150g cooked rice (freshly cooked

  • 1pack Sanrku Mekabu with spcial soy-sauce dressing sachet

  • 3 slices salmon

  • 2 okras

  • 4 prawms

  • 21g Pre-made sweet vinegar

  • some scrambled eggs (If available, a fried egg would be good)

  • 1/8 nori sheet

  • some soy sauce

  • some wasabi paste


Preparation

Step 1


Mix the cooked rice and pre-made sweet vingear to make your base rice.


Step 2


Vinegared rice into a bowl, then top with okura, salmon, prawns, scrambled eggs and Mekabu seaweed.


Step 3


Sprinkle the chopped nori. Add wasabi paste and soy sauce.
