Kaisen Donburi (Seafood rice bowl)

Ingredients
150g cooked rice (freshly cooked
1pack Sanrku Mekabu with spcial soy-sauce dressing sachet
3 slices salmon
2 okras
4 prawms
21g Pre-made sweet vinegar
some scrambled eggs (If available, a fried egg would be good)
1/8 nori sheet
some soy sauce
some wasabi paste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the cooked rice and pre-made sweet vingear to make your base rice.
Step 2
Vinegared rice into a bowl, then top with okura, salmon, prawns, scrambled eggs and Mekabu seaweed.
Step 3
Sprinkle the chopped nori. Add wasabi paste and soy sauce.
