Konnyaku Sauteed Hamburger

Ingredients
150g Konnyaku(devil's toungue)
*pre-cut, if available
1/2 Red onion
6 Mini-tomatoes
6 Snow peas
2 Lettuce leaves
Some Pea sprouts
2tbsp Grated cheese
Some Cumin seeds
Some Salt
1tbsp Dried bonito flakes
2tbsp Olive oil
2 Buns
• Some Butter
• 3tbsp Seaweed pesto (sesame chili)
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the red onion into round slices and the small tomatoes in half. Remove the threads from the snow pea.
Step 2
Boil water and cook the snow pea and pea sprouts.
Step 3
Cut and butter the bunds.
Step 4
Slice konnyaku (if the smell is strong, boil it)
Step 5
In a frying pan, brown the red onion in olive oil and remove from the pan.
Step 6
In the frying pan, brown the konnyaku and sprinkle salt. Add small tomatoes, snow peas, cheese powder and cumin seeds.
Step 7
Spread lettuce on the bread and put the cooked ingredients on top. Cover with dried bonito flakes and pea sprouts.
Step 8
Put on a plate and pour the seaweed Pesto over the top.
