Stir-fried salted fish with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 50g Shiokara

  • 40g bacon

  • 200-250g cabbage, bean sprouts, and bell peppers combined

  • 1/2 to 1 tsp soy sauce

  • a pinch of pepper

  • 1-2 tsp sesame oil

Preparation

Step1


Cut bacon into strips, cabbage and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces each.



Step2


Heat sesame oil in a frying pan well, add bacon and vegetables.


Step3


When all the vegetables are cooked, add Shiokara and stir-fry briefly.

Vegetables can be seasonal or leftover vegetables from the refrigerator.
