Temaki sushi(hand-rolled sushi)

Ingredients

  • 300g cooked rice

  • 42g pre-made sweet vinegar

  • 1 nori sheet

  • 1 tbsp Squid with hot cod roe

  • Favorite raw fish(salmon, praw, octopus, anything OK)

  • some soy sauce

  • some wasabi paste

Preparation

Step 1


Mix the cooked rice and pre-made sweet vingear to make your base rice.


Step2


Cut the nori sheet into quarters.


Step3


Place the nori in a diamond shape and spread the rice.

Put your favorite ingredients in the middle of the rice and spread it around.


Step4


Eat with soy sauce or wasabi.
